Prince Hardaul was falsely accused of having an affair with his brother Jujhar Singh's wife. To prove his innocence and protect his family's honor, Hardaul consumed poison, sacrificing his life. Before his death, he promised to always be present to help those in need, especially during weddings and other important events. Following his tragic demise, Hardaul was deified and revered as a folk deity. His Baithak (seat) became a place of worship where people seek his blessings for various aspects of life, particularly for resolving marital issues, ensuring successful weddings, and overall well-being. The legend of Hardaul is deeply ingrained in the local culture and continues to inspire faith and devotion.
