Don Bosco Museum - Culture unveiled, memories sealed!

The Don Bosco Museum was established by the Salesians of Don Bosco, a Catholic religious order dedicated to education and social work. The museum's foundation was laid with the vision of preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of Northeast India. Over several years, dedicated researchers and curators collected artifacts and information from various tribes and communities across the region. The museum officially opened its doors to the public in 2003 and has since become a prominent cultural institution in Shillong.
