Chilla Wildlife Sanctuary - Where adventure roars!

Originally established as a hunting reserve, Chilla Wildlife Sanctuary was later converted into a protected area to conserve its rich biodiversity. In 1983, it was merged with Motichur and Rajaji sanctuaries to form Rajaji National Park. The area has a long history of human-wildlife interaction, with local communities traditionally relying on the forest resources.
