The construction of Nareli Jain Temple began in 1994 and was completed in 2002, making it a relatively new addition to the Jain pilgrimage circuit. Conceived by Shri Gyan Sagar Ji Maharaj, the temple aims to propagate Jain principles and provide a place for spiritual learning and practice. The temple's design incorporates both Digambar and Shwetambar Jain traditions. The 24 miniature temples, known as 'chaubisi', are a significant feature, each dedicated to a Tirthankara. The modern design, coupled with traditional Jain iconography, reflects a contemporary approach to religious architecture and attracts visitors from diverse backgrounds. The temple continues to evolve, with ongoing development aimed at enhancing facilities for pilgrims and promoting Jainism.
