    About this circuit

The Braj region around Mathura is where Lord Krishna spent his childhood. This compact 3–4 day circuit covers Mathura (his birthplace), Vrindavan (his playground, home to Banke Bihari and Prem Mandir), Gokul (where he was raised), Govardhan (the hill he lifted) and Barsana (Radha's village, famous for Lathmar Holi). It is one of the most joyous and accessible Hindu circuits, an easy base-trip from Delhi or Agra.
