    About this circuit

The Panch Kedar are five sacred Shiva temples in the Garhwal Himalayas — Kedarnath, Madhyamaheshwar, Tungnath, Rudranath and Kalpeshwar — each said to enshrine a part of Lord Shiva who took the form of a bull to evade the Pandavas. The full circuit is a strenuous 14–16 day trek through remote high-altitude terrain, usually based out of Rishikesh or Guptkashi.
